After three yeast fermentations, the dough is carefully crafted and shaped by hand, with great care and attention to detail. 😌
Their donuts are truly thoughtful, offering a wide variety of donuts, from deep-fried donuts made with rice oil, to vegan baked donuts, and gluten-free energy donuts. 😍
This time, we tried Amami granulated sugar, honey sugar, maple cinnamon, and Cacao Barry chocolate! ️
The Amami granulated sugar’s firm yet moist dough complements the gentle sweetness of the sugar perfectly, creating a delicious treat that truly conveys the owner’s thoughtfulness for the body. 😋
The other donuts also had a gentle flavor, truly conveying the owner’s thoughtful consideration for the customer.
And best of all, they were delicious! 😃
The shop itself was renovated from a stylish house, and spending time in this special space was truly luxurious. 😌
