Two types of cream cheese are carefully selected for the main ingredient. A blend of Australian cream cheese, known for its sharp, rich flavor, and Kyushu cream cheese, known for its gentle, mellow flavor, creates a rich, deep flavor.

This cheesecake, made with care to ensure its smoothness, has a wonderful texture and the savory flavor of the cream cheese and the natural sweetness of the fresh cream are just right, resulting in a refreshing taste! ️
