The owner was captivated by a matcha cafe he came across while traveling in Brooklyn, New York.
Their matcha is carefully selected from single-origin teas grown in Uji, Kyoto. 🍵
This time, I tried their signature masu tiramisu drink set. 🍵
First of all, it looks so stylish! 😍
The matcha tiramisu, served in a masu, perfectly balances the bitter and umami flavors of the matcha, creating a delicious taste. 😋
The warabimochi is great for its simple matcha flavor! ️
Eating it with today’s tea gave me a sense of calm and relaxation. 😌
