This udon and rice bowl restaurant has been a beloved fixture in Fukuoka City’s Shintencho shopping district for nearly 80 years. 😊
As soon as it opens, the restaurant fills up quickly, with longtime fans and businessmen alike. 🈵
This time, we ordered the popular oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl). 🐓
Opening the lid, steam and the delicious aroma of dashi waft through the air.
One bite and the soft, soft-boiled egg and the rich flavor of the dashi broth fill your mouth, making it incredibly satisfying! ️
The addition of the chicken makes it even more flavorful and truly delicious. 😋
I think the reason it’s been loved for so many years is because of its gentle, intimate flavor. 😌
This oyakodon, which will continue to be passed down for generations to come, is a dish I highly recommend!
