We’d like to introduce you to a fish restaurant in Fukuoka that’s popular with foreign visitors. 😌

This popular restaurant, run by a tuna wholesaler, serves tuna and rice, and lines form before opening on weekdays. 😌
When I was waiting in line, there were a lot of foreign tourists.
The menu offered a variety of luxurious tuna dishes, as well as dishes with salmon and salmon roe, so it was hard to choose. 😅
This time, I went for the simplest option: the negitoro bowl. 🐟
First of all, the generous serving of negitoro was incredibly filling! ️
When I paired the negitoro with rice and dipped in sashimi soy sauce, I was instantly satisfied with the delicious tuna. 😆
Next, add the special sesame soy sauce and wasabi for an even more delicious flavor. 😋
Finally, top with negitoro and condiments and pour the special tuna broth over it. The flavor of the dashi and condiments enhance the tastiness, making it even more delicious! ‼️
