We’d like to introduce you to a miso ramen restaurant in Fukuoka! 😊
It’s Hakata Bunpuku, located at 9-62 Sukukita, Kasuga City, Fukuoka Prefecture! ‼️
🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜
This is a heartwarming miso ramen restaurant that’s enjoyed by everyone from small children to seniors.
The owner, who trained at Ippudo for 23 years, discovered the fascinating world of Japanese fermentation and brewing while working in various countries. He decided to try his hand at miso ramen in Fukuoka, the tonkotsu kingdom! ‼️
This time, I tried the spicy green onion miso ramen. 🍜
The soup, made with a blend of uncooked miso, pork bones, chicken bones, and Japanese dashi, is refreshing and flavorful, with a warming taste that makes you want to come back for more! 😊
It’s comforting and delicious! 😋
The spicy green onions add just the right touch! ️
Also, there’s a message posted in the shop that reads, “If you’re hungry or out of food at home, come to our shop! No money needed! We’ll make you ramen.”
Their thoughtfulness towards the local community and children in need is truly wonderful! ️
The owner’s ideal ramen shop is one that was loved by the local community he experienced as a child, and one that makes you want to go back to eat with family and friends when you return home. 😊
It’s a recommended restaurant that will make you want to return for more reasons than one. 😊
