“Taishu Kappo Shiratori” opened as the second branch of the popular Fukuoka restaurant “Tokishirazu,” and is popular with many locals as a reasonably priced, everyday spot.
Everything here is delicious! 😋
The 100% shrimp cutlet boasts a plump texture and a rich shrimp flavor, making it a huge hit at the restaurant! ‼️
The whelk skewers in soy sauce combine the savory flavor of the soy sauce with the punchy savory flavor of sansho pepper, making them a perfect pairing with alcohol. 🍺
We also tried seared conger eel sashimi and tokishirazu squid nigiri, and were completely satisfied with each one! ‼️
The squid nigiri was exquisite, with a gentle dashi sauce. 😍
