The secret to its popularity is, without a doubt, the handmade Maruten. 😃
The lineup includes seasonal vegetables, making this Maruten dish a popular snack to pair with alcohol! ‼️
This time, I ordered Maruten Udon and a mini eel bowl, along with the Okra Maruten! ‼️
First, the Okra Maruten has a fluffy tempura texture and a strong okra flavor, making it delicious on its own. 😋
The udon noodles are uniquely thin and flat, with a smooth texture and smooth throat feel. 😊
The broth has a refined flavor, and the overall balance is just right. 👍
Located on the 9th floor of the building, it offers a great view and is a great place to relax with a drink. 😃
