We’re introducing a new ramen restaurant in Fukuoka! 😊
“Menya Ooyama” is located on the first floor of Rivière Kasuga, 5-139 Noborumachi, Kasuga City, Fukuoka Prefecture. 😆
🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜
This is a Sanuki ramen restaurant run by a udon sommelier from Kagawa Prefecture. They use Ibuki dried sardines, a specialty of Kagawa Prefecture. 🍜
Sanuki ramen combines Ibuki dried sardines with other seafood, including mackerel, round squid, and Hidaka kelp, along with a chicken and pork broth for a mild, easy-to-eat broth. 😊
This time, I ordered the Ibuki Iriko Soy Sauce Ramen with a half portion of fried rice. 🍜
The soy sauce ramen has a refined dashi flavor reminiscent of Japanese cuisine and is truly delicious! ️
You can choose from two types of noodles, and the medium-thick noodles I chose were a perfect match with the soup!
In the tonkotsu kingdom of Fukuoka, it’s easy to see why this restaurant has been sold out since opening. 😃
The fried rice, even when eaten with the ramen, is refreshing and delicious. 😋
I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for delicious ramen in Kasuga City! ️
