We would like to introduce you to a recommended shop in Fukuoka😊
This is “Shukuba Mochi” from Honey Miel, located at 4-5-5 Kiyanose, Yahatahigashi-ku, Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture😊
🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝
Kiyanose was one of the Chikuzen Rokushuku on the Nagasaki Kaido during the Edo period, and this sweet was developed because food culture such as castella and yokan developed along the Nagasaki Kaido😊
Shukuba Mochi is made by wrapping honey-flavored custard cream and specially made dainagon in soft mochi and baking the surface until golden😊
