This is a soy sauce ramen shop that opened in June 2022 as an affiliated store of Yakuin Yururi, a yakitori restaurant in Yakuin.
For our signature soup, we carefully make the stock from Chiran chicken bones and pork back bones, and finish it off with dried dried bonito flakes from Makurazaki that we shaved just beforehand. ️
The menu includes soy sauce soba, salt soba, hanamaki soba, spicy curry soba, and chilled yam soba, all of which look delicious and show the special care they put into them.
