There are two types of ramen: chicken paitan and spicy noodles, and you can customize it to your liking with toppings such as seasoned eggs, back fat, green chili peppers, and rare pork char siu! ️
This time, I made chicken paitan ramen😊
The soup is packed with the flavor of the chicken, and it’s so perfect that you’ll want to taste it more and more 😊
