This is a shop run by mentaiko maker Yamaya, located at the entrance to the approach to Dazaifu Tenmangu, a tourist destination.
We are developing new developments as a base for disseminating Kyushu’s delicious food.

In fact, when Mentai France was introduced as a new specialty of Fukuoka on the popular TV program “Himitsu no Kenmin SHOW”, this restaurant was also introduced!! ️
Mentaiko France has the texture of Yamaya Mentaiko and has just the right amount of spiciness. The combination with rich butter is simple but delicious as you can enjoy the deliciousness of both 😋
