This is a yakitori restaurant that has been loved in Hakata for over 50 years, and is a popular restaurant where you can enjoy Kagoshima’s local cuisine and Hakata specialties.
First of all, the fish cakes that came out were freshly made, fluffy, and the burdock inside was delicious.
I liked this so much that I ordered it later as a separate menu! ️
Then, Kagoshima’s specialty, millet sashimi 😌
It was fresh and had no taste, and when eaten with the special mustard vinegar miso, it was refreshing and a new discovery for me! ️

The Japanese-style salad with mushrooms and bacon has crispy bacon and chunks of mushrooms, raw vegetables and a soft-boiled egg, and the dressing has a great flavor and the overall balance is just right! ️
