About 35 years ago, when I ate a salad with Pietro dressing for the first time, I vividly remember thinking, “What a delicious dressing!” ️
I was so proud to see Mr. Pietro at our store in Fukuoka 😌
It’s a popular restaurant, so I visited around lunch time, and it was full, with people always waiting.
Looking at the menu, you’ll find everything from classic Japanese-style ingredients to authentic pasta, and as a fan, you’ll be spoiled for choice.
This time, I made the ultimate carbonara with Iberico bacon and fresh pepper from the Pietro lunch set 🙏
The carbonara has a good balance of cheese and cream, and is delicious with a strong accent of fresh pepper😋
It also comes with a salad that you can refill, so I topped it with Pietro dressing and it was delicious! ️
