This is a popular shop in Fukuoka City’s Minami Ward, a hotly contested area for bread, where people line up from the morning.
The secret is that the owner trained at Panstock, Fukuoka’s leading bakery, and opened the shop independently.
The freshly made breads are displayed in a glass case, and they all look really delicious 😋
The most popular is the salted butter roll, which has been introduced as a master of salted butter rolls since the days of Panstock! ️
I couldn’t decide this time, but I was hungry when I went to the store, so I got some hearty breads such as Mentai French and Franks, and Pandora and Margherita!! ️
Hard breads such as pollack and frank are crispy and have a light wheat aroma, and the flavor of the pollack and frank inside is strong and the overall balance is good 😊
Margherita is a moist dough with an exquisite taste of tomato sauce and cheese 😆
It’s really delicious no matter what kind of bread you eat 😋
I’m also grateful that they keep the prices low in these days of high prices! ️
