This is a dorayaki specialty store located inside the storehouse of the Yoshiimachi Tourist Hall, which used to be a sake brewery.
The owner, who has been baking dorayaki for 25 years, will entertain you with many innovative ideas, from the classic Tsubuan to the dorayaki cake, which is a perfect combination of Japanese and Western styles. ️
Strawberry fresh cream, tiramisu, red bean paste, mascarpone, pistachio, pari chocolate, matcha terrine, etc., all of them are so appealing that you’ll be spoiled for choice😆
The strawberry fresh cream I received had so much fresh cream and strawberries inside the dorayaki dough that it was thick enough to come out, and the gentle taste of the fresh cream and the sweet and sour taste of the strawberries were well balanced and really delicious😍
The store’s name, Kichicoco, means “The secret base is here!” It seems that he started a shop in Ukiha City without telling anyone, and the name was abbreviated from that idea.
