This cafe was born out of an encounter with a 115-year-old traditional house that was once a liquor store, and you can dine in a stylish interior with an earthen floor, an irori hearth, and a rotating hallway.
We value the relationship of mutual prosperity through circulation with people, towns, and nature, and we use locally produced, locally consumed, safe and secure ingredients, which reduce the burden on the environment by having short travel distances. As part of our activities to protect Satoyama, we keep bees and create a circular effect with the fields and mountains.
This time, we had Mori’s hamburger set meal and chicken nanban set meal from the lunch menu 😆
