Introducing cute and delicious souvenirs made from Hakataori 😊 Located at Hotel Okura Fukuoka 1F Pastry Boutique “Hakata Macaron “Iki””😊 🥧🥧🥧🥧🥧🥧🥧🥧🥧 This is an original product of Hotel Okura Fukuoka, and it is a macaron made with Fukuoka’s special products and decorated with a Hakata-ori design😌 Hakata-ori was presented to the shogunate during the Edo period, and the presentation pattern was based on the motifs of Buddhist utensils “Tokko” and “Flower plate”, and “Momochimochi”, which expressed parents and children with lines of different thickness. It is composed of “stripes” and “nakako mochi stripes,” and is imbued with meanings such as family safety, prosperity of descendants, and warding off evil spirits. There are three flavors: strawberry, tea, and yuzu. The strawberry has a refreshing sweet strawberry cream with a jam-like sweetness and a faint caramel taste! ️ Very classy 😍 As for the tea, the flavor of Yame’s tea is strong, the cream is not bitter and has a strong caramel feel. ️ The yuzu cream has a refreshing citrus taste, and the sweetness of the caramel adds a nice balance.
