We will introduce a popular shop for those who like spicy food that opened in Fukuoka 😊 Located at 2-10-8 Sharyo, Higashi-ku, Fukuoka City It’s “Chige Soba Denjama” 😆 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ Opened on April 20, 2022, this shop offers jjigae soba with plenty of offal. The owner, who was originally a yakiniku restaurant, wanted to open a jjigae soba restaurant that developed the popular bomb jjigae, so he closed the yakiniku restaurant and completed it after two years of trial and error. The addictive special jjigae miso is combined with carefully selected Japanese black beef offal and served in a hot stone pot with special noodles. Good news for those who like spicy food, you can choose from a wide range of spiciness! By the way, I like spicy food, so I got 3 bolts of spicy topping🌶️ While the spiciness is solid, the umami and taste of the special miso are well-balanced and really delicious😆 It’s addictive!! ️ I think the spiciness of the 3 bolts I ate this time is about 4 spiciness according to my CoCo Ichi standards. The name Denjama comes from the fact that there was a telephone pole in front of the shop, which was a nuisance 😅 Unique and nice! ️ For those who like Korean food and spicy food, I definitely recommend this restaurant😆
