As the name suggests, this is a sweets shop that specializes in butter and honey, and they also have butter financiers that are popular as souvenirs from Hakata Station! ️
This time, I had the Batabi Sunday which can only be eaten here😃
Batabi Sunday is a soft serve ice cream made with Hokkaido milk and mascarpone, topped with butter financier, and finished with honey from Shikajima, Fukuoka Prefecture 😊
They are particular about each ingredient, and although it is simple, it is very flavorful and delicious 😃
