We will introduce you to a restaurant in Fukuoka where you can enjoy ramen from morning 😊
Located at 1-5-13 Higashihama, Higashi Ward, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
This is Hattori Shoten Higashihama Ramen 😊
🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜
Higashihama, not the famous Nagahama in Fukuoka😆
A name that makes you think of such things at first impression!! ️
I guess this is normal since the location is Higashihama in Higashi Ward 😅
This is a shop where you can enjoy tonkotsu ramen from 8am 😊
Founded in 1955, the retro appearance will draw you into the Showa era atmosphere.
The menu is simple: ramen, rice, and extra eggs.
The ramen has a light soup rather than a hearty pork bone soup, and it seems like it contains pork bones and chicken bones, and it has a strong sweetness, umami, and slightly salty taste😌
It feels nostalgic and addictive.
The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles that are a little thicker than Hakata’s thin noodles, so you can enjoy the texture! ️
It’s perfect for morning lara and is recommended 😊
Please note that the store is closed on Sundays. As of June 1, 2024
