This is “Itoshima Ramen Dora Airport Branch”😊 🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜 This is an affiliated store of the Nishitani family, which runs tonkotsu ramen restaurants in Fukuoka. The specialty is “Marrow Tonkotsu Soup,” which is made by carefully extracting the flavor of pork bone marrow in a large pot. In addition to tonkotsu ramen, the Causeway Airport store has a menu that many people can enjoy, including Chinese noodles, seafood champon, and salt soba. This time, I had Itoshima tonkotsu ramen 😊 When you take a bite, the flavor of the pork bone marrow is amazing! ️ It doesn’t have much odor or taste, and it’s relatively refreshing, but it has a strong umami, well-balanced flavor, and is delicious😆 If you pair it with super thin noodles, you can fully enjoy pork bones😊 I instantly became a fan of this ramen! ️ It’s a standard tonkotsu ramen, but I highly recommend this restaurant for those who want to enjoy flavorful soup and thin noodles.
