Choose the flavor of your motsu nabe from “miso flavor”, “soy sauce flavor”, or “mizutaki style”.
The miso flavor is an exquisite blend of several types of miso, including Kyushu miso and Saikyo miso, and a special sauce is added to create a hotpot with a rich flavor.
The soy sauce-flavored motsu nabe is made with a uniquely blended soy sauce sauce, a triple dashi stock made from offal, vegetables, and seafood.
Mizutaki-style is a refreshing giblet hotpot that does not use garlic, and is served with ponzu sauce containing grated daikon radish.
