This is “Tsuge”😆 🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟 This is a restaurant where you can enjoy slowly roasting yamame trout, dengaku, etc. while sitting around an irori hearth. This time, I had the Dengaku set meal with salt-grilled yamame trout and the Kojo chicken karaage set meal 😊 Salt-grilled yamame trout is made by skewering live yamame trout and grilling them with salt over charcoal in the hearth.I feel a little sorry for the yamame trout as they twitch, but I was once again grateful for the fact that they were given life. The salt-grilled yamame trout has fluffy flesh and is really delicious 😆 Along with the yamame trout, we also grill dengaku tofu and vegetable skewers over charcoal. I finished it off with miso and grilled it a little, and the miso really brought out the flavor of the vegetables and fried tofu, so it was really luxurious! ️ The grilling time is a very slow and peaceful moment, so you can watch it for a long time.
