In order to pass on “Narikin Manju” to the next generation, Matoya brushed up its products and developed “Matoya no Dorayaki” using the skin of “Narikin Manju” for the younger generation. That’s right 😊 Matoya’s Fukudora offers “Hokkaido Azuki Dorayaki” sandwiched with black bean paste made from boiled red beans from Hokkaido, “Salt Butter Dorayaki” sandwiched with Hokkaido butter, “Konomi Honke” (Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture) “Koicha Butter Dorayaki” that combines matcha and butter with black bean paste, “Matoya” craftsmen make custard cream little by little with a hand pan, 5 types of “chocolate dorayaki” blended with couverture chocolate from Switzerland and fresh cream from Takachiho, Miyazaki prefecture 😊 The norikin manju-style dough is very moist and chewy, and it goes well with the bean paste and cream inside, making it delicious. The salt butter and dark tea butter sandwiched with butter gives it a more profound feeling. There are also cute boxes and bags, so I think they will be appreciated as souvenirs! ️
